My approach to therapy comes from a place of curiosity and compassion. My work is based on a client centered platform where every client is unique with different needs. It is all about you. It is my hope that together we can create a relationship of healing and growth within an emotionally safe and authentic/non-judgmental arena.
As a client-centered therapist, I will respond to what you tell me you need in each moment.
I may use any of the following theories and techniques, depending on your history, your goals, and the therapeutic style which is the most successful for you: CBT, Solution Focused, Strength based, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness.
